Xuan loves to make calls. I call a lot of people for chat whenever I am free. I call mummy, papa, jiujiu(s), ah kim, Qiqi meimei... and even Barney! Hahaha…

Xuan is 2½ years old today!

Xuan is 30 months old, i.e. 2½ years old today!

Time passes so fast! Mummy said that sometimes, Xuan looks for a big grown up girl. Sometimes, Xuan is still like a little baby girl.. hahaha... Xuan will always be mummy and papa's little darling girl!



Xuan will be officially attending school next year! No longer weekend but monday to friday classes. After months of researching and visitation to schools, mummy has finally found a school for Xuan! Mummy is glad of her choice and hope that it will be a good choice indeed. It will be a 6 hours daily class with interesting curriculum beside the norm english and mandarin class such as speech and drama, music appreciation, volin, yoga, excursion, integrated activities (cooking, love for nature, montessori activities etc ), arts and crafts, physical education etc. Most importantly, Mummy likes the school as it has a very peaceful, quiet, calm and clean environment surrounded by greenery and is situated among the nice historic residential blocks near our home. Close proximity is another important factor for consideration. Mummy and papa hope that Xuan can spend as little time as possible on the road as Xuan will be taking the school bus.

Mummy hopes that Xuan will love the school and enjoy learning in a fun way!

The little sisters went shopping

Xuan and Qiqi meimei went shopping hand-in-hand together last weekend at the Downtown east shopping mall cos we went to attend uncle’s 21th birthday. Mummy took the opportunity to bring Xuan to the bowling centre to take a quick look when we walked passed. Xuan was fascinated by the big bowling balls and the loud thuds made by the bowling pits as uncles and aunties rolled the balls down the lane! Xuan has my own bowling balls and pits at home too and I practice my skill with mummy and papa at times.


I am a good jiejie. I hold meimei’s hand and walk together.

Xuan loves to drive!

I love to drive!

Xuan likes to be on the wheels. Sometimes, Papa will allow me to be on the steering wheels for a while before we alight from our car. Or rather sometimes, papa has no choice cos Xuan will climb over from the back seat to the driver’s seat once mummy released my belt.

When on the road, Xuan does help to give papa’s directions at times too. “papa, go straight, turn right, turn left.. papa… traffic light!” haha..


Xuan spotted this yellow car at shopping mall and hopped into it immediately.

My first playdough!

Xuan has a new toy addition! Playdough ice cream maker!! Yeay!

Xuan loves my new toy. I can make strawberry and chocolate swirl! Would you like some chocolate chips toppings? hehehe:)

Mummy feels that Xuan should be old enough for playdough. It will allow Xuan to exercise creativity to make different type of ice cream swirl and various shapes out of the playdough. Mummy keeps reminding Xuan that the playdough is not edible whenever Xuan lays my hands on it.

Can you see my didi KaiKai in the background? Didi will be able to join me soon in the fun when he is older. Time flies very fast. Mummy said that didi will be able to sit on high chair and start his first semi solid food, cereal next month!

Sisterhood

Xuan and Qiqi meimei is a pair of cute cute sister cousin! :D

When at home, Xuan will take a phone and pretend to call Qiqi meimei, asking, “how are you, what are you doing?” hehehe… Xuan likes to play with Qiqi meimei when we meet at ah ma’s house. Qiqi meimei will run and I will chase! There was once Qiqi meimie made a sudden ebrake and I fell onto her as I was chasing closing behind her. I laughed (Opss) while Qiqi meimei cried loudly. I still remember that Qiqi meimei had a red right cheek as a result of the fall.

Xuan jiejie didn’t do it intentionally. Qiqi meimei please don’t sudden ebrake again but Xuan jiejie will still practice on my ebrake just in case . :p

Da Jiujiu said that Qiqi meimei will also ask for me when she is at home. In order to coax Qiqi meimei to sleep, ah kim will tell Qiqi meimei, “Xuan jiejie is sleeping already, Qi faster sleep too!” hahaha.. Do you know that mummy used to do that too when she tried to coax me to sleep when I was younger just like you now? Hahaha…

Xuan and Qi at greatgrandmother’s house (maternal) celebrating little Cabelle “gugu”’s 1st birthday 2 weeks ago. She is our little gugu even though she is younger as she is on the same rank in seniority as mummy.
