Lovely note and drawings

Xuan's ad hoc drawings since toddler's time have always been loving ..

Xuan said that it is our house with heart-shaped windows. Very obviously, didi is in her mind when she drew this.

Another "mommy, I love you" note from my girl. :)

Mommy said that she is thankful and touched that Xuan always write lovely notes like this very often. Thank you my girl. Mommy loves you too very very much!

WE

Though sometimes, we quarrel,
Though sometimes, we call each other names,
Though sometimes, we scream at each other,
Though sometimes, we refuse to share,

But

Most of the times, we are good siblings,
Most of the times, we are best of friends,
Most of the times, we laugh hard together,
Most of the times, we don't forget about each other on good times,

AND

On times when we need comfort when watching exciting show, we have each other. :D

Personalised sword balloons

A couple of weeks ago when we were at Toy'rus, we were lucky to bump into a balloon sculptor much to Xuan's delight. Beside getting one for herself, Xuan didn't forget to request for another similar one for didi who has went to the washroom with papa. :) Where is didi??

When we came back home, Xuan asked for a marker and personalised the 2 blank sword into one and only one in the world.

Xuan drew her favourite flowers and heart shaped for her own sword and cars (didi's favorite) for didi's sword.

East Coast Parkway 01/01/2012

We started on our 1st day of 2012 in a healthy way at the sunny East Coast Parkway! Xuan and didi had a geat time cycling up and down ECP. Unlike the last visit many month ago where didi could not paddle yet, now he is all ready to race down the track with me! :D

It is a girls' affair. :)

Happy Year of Dragon to all!

Xuan and didi have fun during the Chinese new year period. Beside enjoying all the goodies, both of us had a great time playing with all cousins. Xuan likes the Chinese new year count down show on television where she can sing and dance.

On the 1st day of the new year, Xuan wishes mommy, “gong xi fa cai” when mommy gave her hong bao. On 2nd day of CNY, Xuan gave mommy a hong bao with coins from her piggy bank and wishes mommy, “xue ye jin bu!” hahaha... yes yes, mommy needed that cos mommy will be a student again in 2012 where she needs to take a course of study. How appropriate and timely!

Didi had great time running everywhere, jumping everywhere. Our little Kai is one wonderful energetic boy who won’t get tired until he has played to the fullest. After 1 whole day of play on new year eve and 1st of new year, Kai couldn’t take it anymore and fell asleep in the car in the evening all the way till next morning. Mummy cleaned him, changed him and he was not at all disturbed. This is definitely not our usual light sleeper Kai. Hahaha...

May the year of dragon brings us happiness, good health and prosperity! :D

Xuan 1st time playing with Sparkles after reunion dinner at paternal grandparents' house and Xuan enjoyed herself very much. On the other hand, didi was more fearful after he scalded his finger.
