Didi's love

The air conditioning temperature of this restaurant was particular very low and I was feeling cold. See what Kai did spontaneously when papa asked him to give me a hug. The warmest Hug on earth!

Celebrating paternal ah gong's birthday

On 9/12/12, we celebrated maternal ah gong's birthday! We had a feast at Peach Garden's dim sum buffet that Sunday afternoon as ah gong likes the food there.

We wish ah gong best of health, happiness and prosperity many years ahead!

All of us!

Ah gong is always very happy to take pictures with the 4 of his most loved grandchildren!

The 4 cheeky noisy but definitely lovely cousins!

October family dinner

In October, we went for another family dinner. This time to celebrate mommy, er jiu-jiu and gu-pao birthday!

Mid Autumn celebration 2012

Xuan and didi had a new experience celebrating the Mid Autumn Festival this year.

We joined the community centre organised celebration! There were games booths set-up around the community centre and both Xuan and didi had fun going round playing the games with the coupons purchased. Thereafter, we had a walk around the neighbourhood with our lanterns. It was a huge crowd! There were lion dance and dragon dance too!

Mommy and papa hope to let us experience the very simple joys that they used to have during their childhood days too.

My disney theme lantern!

A try at the dart!

Xuan tried hard to knock down these cartons with didi's watching and cheering on!

Someone trying to impart skill... hahaha

Spongy

This is Xuan's most favourite soft toy. Xuan calls it "Spongy". It is a present from er jiujiu. Every night, Xuan hugs Spongy to sleep. Even when she decides to come over to mommy and papa's bedroom in the middle of the night, she will remember to bring spongy along in the dark. Xuan will not go to bed without Spongy every night.

Fun at airport

2 months ago, we went to the airport on a Sunday afternoon and you can guess how much fun we had from the pictures.

Darling Xuan Xuan is 6!

I am 6!

Xuan got my birthday wish fulfilled on 22/11/2012. I am the Junior Master Chef on my Special Day! Thanks to mommy!

Months ago, Xuan was a big fan of the Australia Junior Master Chef show. Every tuesday 8pm, she will catch the show without fail. Xuan envy and admires the cooking skill of the children. So Xuan asked to go for a cooking/baking class where she can try to be a little Junior Master Chef too!

Our Junior Master Chef of 2012

Xuan happily waving to mommy who stood outside the class for 1 and half hour, busily taking photos for me.

Darling Xuan with mommy who planned the day event!

It was pretty tough when the children need to cream the butter and sugar together well to create a smooth batter.

Concentrating very hard in scooping the batter into each cup.

Xuan is making the cream together with a partner. The children work in pair in this stage as they need to whisk the mixture for a considerable long time to create the desire texture.

The cupcakes are baked! Time to decorate!

We were given lovely pink and blue cream for the base! Xuan looks professional, don't she? hehehe..

Look at my completed beary cupcakes!

Xuan had a fantastic 22/11/2012 where she went for her 1st movie treat too! Xuan and mommy went to catch a movie straight after the baking class. Xuan enjoyed the 3D Rise of the Guardian while finishing up the box of pop corns.

Movie time!

We rounded the night with an ice-cream cake from Baskin Robbins with a loud birthday song for me!
