Congratulations to Xuan for completion of P1! Haha.. worth mentioning and congratulating as it is the completion of her 1st year of formal education from kindergarten. Time flies in a blink in 2013. It is quite amazing as we flashed back the past 11 months. We still remember that it was preparation time in Dec 12 and then accustomed to primary school routine, from losing numerous pencils, colour pencils in the initial weeks to settling down well and then coping with numerous mini assessments that came non-stop from February onwards.
It is a year of growing up. From a class of 15 in kindergarten under teacher’s close supervision where each subject lesson was conducted in a small group of 6 to primary school of a class size of 30, Xuan has learnt the importance of paying attention within a big group. She also learnt how to get around a big compound, buying own food, going to general office, climbing up to school hall at 3rd level with her school bag, copying down homework etc.
We (Xuan is too!) are happy that Xuan will continue to promote to HC class in P2. We wish our dear Xuan all the best. Like what mommy always says, “Continue to work hard, be self discipline and be responsible for your own work.”
Xuan is looking forward to pri 2 where she will be in the morning session. She is excited to see all the new books, with smell of paper in the air. And of course, her new school bag
